We want to take a moment to acknowledge how generations of women have helped make society more inclusive for us today.

We feel it on all levels at ShowHeroes. With diversity of gender and race that wouldn’t have been possible within living memory.

We are inspired to tackle the work that still needs to be done and hope you are too!

In every industry, there are explicit and implicit biases affecting everyone, particularly women, and they must be addressed.
